The COVID-19 pandemic has changed all our lives in a multitude of ways. After months of juggling responsibilities at home and at work, limiting exposure to friends and family, and now that segments of industries are slowly reopening. it’s no surprise that many of us are dealing with frustration, anger, fear and even anxiety about life after coronavirus. On top of that, entrepreneurs have faced different challenges pushing them to look for creative solutions to keep their activities afloat.

In this interactive workshop, we will explore the causes and signs of a type of burnout called “pandemic fatigue”. You will learn practical tools for managing pandemic-related challenges to promote resilience, motivation, and well-being. Also, we will explore practices for re-establishing vitality and connection. This workshop offers much-needed encouragement and helpful strategies to keep working towards a better future.
