Join LEDC’s Homebuyer’s Club and take the first step toward owning your home! Homeownership is one of the most powerful ways to build financial stability and generational wealth for you and your family.
Our free Homebuyer’s Club series includes six interactive workshops designed to prepare you for every stage of the homebuying process—from budgeting and credit readiness to navigating the mortgage process and closing on your dream home. The six monthly sessions include two in-person meetings and four virtual sessions.
What You’ll Learn:
- How to assess your financial readiness
- Understanding the local housing market
- Steps in the mortgage and homebuying process
- How to maintain and protect your investment
This program is open to LEDC clients, community partners, and residents interested in purchasing in Prince George's County or Montgomery County.
To qualify for LEDC's Homebuyer's Club, participants must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have sufficient income to afford mortgage payments

After submitting your form, you’ll receive an email or text with instructions on scheduling your pre-purchase counseling session.
This one-on-one session helps us assess your readiness to buy a home. Once your intake is reviewed, we’ll confirm your eligibility and officially welcome you to the Homebuyer’s Club.
