The Young Entrepreneurs Incubator Program, hosted by the Latino Economic Development Center in partnership with The Annie E. Casey Foundation, is designed to equip Baltimore’s young innovators (ages 18-25) with the tools and knowledge needed to transform their business ideas into sustainable ventures.
