Vincent Renner is the Director of Strategy and Programming at LEDC, where he leads the organization’s efforts in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating strategy, initiatives, programs, and curricula. His work leverages cross-departmental strengths, fosters innovation, and aligns with LEDC’s mission and vision, ensuring impact-driven outcomes across various markets and departments.
Vincent joined LEDC in 2023 to lead and manage the Food Venture Initiative Accelerator and Kitchen program, where he worked with 20 Hispanic and minority food entrepreneurs to successfully launch, grow, and scale their food businesses.

In addition to this role, he provided personal coaching to numerous other entrepreneurs. Following this, he served as the Program Manager for Small Business Development and Technical Assistance in Maryland. In this capacity, he was responsible for helping LEDC’s clients support, build, and grow their small businesses with his team of small business coaches and staff.
Vincent has significant experience coaching entrepreneurs and building and growing organizations. He is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur, and advisor with a proven track record of launching successful start-up and growth-stage businesses. He also has a long history of cultivating strong business relationships. Vincent has diverse experience in the private sector and non-profit sector. He holds a MA in Leadership Training from Georgetown, an MBA, and an undergraduate degree in economics and business administration.

Vincent speaks fluent English, Spanish, German and French, and has lived and worked in many countries in Central and South America. He is an ICF certified leadership and performance coach and is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to achieve their goals and fulfill their dreams, by sharing his experience.
