Tech Basics is a series of workshops which covers several different topics in computer proficiency. This second sessions covers some basic programs including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Microsoft programs are used in everyday life in many companies. These programs can help you create letters, memorandums (memos), receipts, invoices, and much more. 

The first session introduces the user to basics including the names of computer hardware and their uses. The final sessions covers getting on the internet and how to use it.
