A dynamic speaker, leader and mentor, Rae can quickly hone in on what is needed to powerfully present a concept or business message. With a diverse background in sales, business development, operational and administrative management, and human resources, Rae is known for her incisive writing skills and inspirational delivery. Rae’s energetic presence in any project management situation brings out the best in the entire team.

Valerie Willis, Co-Founder of Women Helping Women Retreats and Workshops, has a desire to encourage women to discover and embrace her authentic self. Valerie will openly admit that she still considers herself a work-in-progress and is loving the journey that gives her a fresh and positive outlook on life. She is excited to share her experiences and encourage other women to live life with joy and strength.
