This orientation provides an introduction to the home buying process and to MD first time home buyer assistance programs. The My Home program provides down payment and closing costs assistance based on your income and the price of your home. Find out what you qualify for and learn about next steps in the home buying process. Take this first step on the road to home ownership - free of charge.

Please note that at this time all classes offered by LEDC will take place through the Zoom app. If you do not have the necessary technology, a computer with webcam or a smartphone, please register for one of the courses in the summer.
