This orientation provides an introduction to the homebuying process and to DC and first time homebuyer assistance programs. In DC the Home Purchase Assistance Program (HPAP) provides up to $84,000 in down payment and closing costs assistance. Find out what you qualify for and learn about next steps in the homebuying process. Take this first step on the road to homeownership - free of charge.

**Please arrive 10 minutes before the class begins.  If you are 15 minutes late you will need to register for the next class.**

Please note that at this time all classes offered by LEDC will take place through the Zoom app. If you do not have the necessary technology, a computer with webcam or a smartphone, please register for one of the courses in the summer.
