Hector Santiago
Director of Operations
Hector has over 20 years of Managerial experience working in Operations and Human Resources. Prior to working with LEDC, he managed various private businesses in Puerto Rico. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ana G. Mendez University of PR. Hector is OSHA and Lean Six Sigma Certified. After relocating to the DMV area, he worked as Operations Director for a private Immigration Law Firm based out of Washington, DC, helping hundreds of immigrants living in the US get work permits, legal documents, and US Citizenship. In his current role as Operations Director at LEDC, Hector provides Administrative and Operational support to all the offices within our organization. Hector likes to spend time listening to Latin music and watching baseball, basketball and volleyball games in his free time.
