We invite you to apply for Entrepreneur Training for Success (ETS), from Empowered Women International, a program of LEDC. ETS will provide you with the training and skills you need to start and operate your business successfully!
What is ETS?
Entrepreneur Training for Success (ETS) is a 3 month intensive ONLINE course in business, workforce, life and leadership skills. Taught over 60 hours, ETS strongly emphasizing the fundamentals of micro-entrepreneurship, combined with the basics of financial literacy.
Each week participants will learn key skills that can transform their idea into a business, including:
- Time management
- Marketing and Sales
- Branding and Communications
- Accounting and Budgeting
- Pricing
- Registering your business
- Financing your business
- Pitching your business to potential partners and investors
- and much more!

- Baltimore Metropolitan Area
When do classes start?
- Arlington Cohort- classes begin on Tuesday, March 30 at 6:30 pm
- Baltimore Cohort- classes begin on Monday, March 29 at 6:30 pm
How much does it cost?
