Conner Hoyt currently serves as LEDC’s Development Associate and is driven to bring about positive change in the communities he serves in. Conner, a Los Angeles native, traveled to the East Coast and attended the University of Maryland to pursue studies in journalism and Spanish. He then permanently moved to the D.C. area after falling in love with its outdoor scene and vibrant multicultural community.
His work with LEDC is mostly based on grant management, proposal preparation, and forming strategic alliances to help underserved communities in the DMV and Puerto Rico. In his spare time, the die-hard L.A. Dodger fan enjoys reading, writing, cycling, and running. Conner feels especially lucky that he gets to help foster a multicultural environment through LEDC’s efforts in the DMV and Puerto Rico.
