  • Due Diligence prior to Signing or Renewing a Lease
  • Important Clauses and Fairness Consideration, including:
    • Personal Guarantees
    • Common Area Maintenance Charges
  • Negotiating and Building Leverage
  • Landlord and Tenant Rights & Responsibilities including:
    • Upkeep
    • Resolving Grievances

Attendance to the entire session is required to pre-register for a Legal Clinic scheduled for July 13. During that clinic, business owners will receive one-on-one Legal Advice (space is limited).*
