- Due Diligence prior to Signing or Renewing a Lease
- Important Clauses and Fairness Consideration, including:
- Personal Guarantees
- Common Area Maintenance Charges
- Negotiating and Building Leverage
- Landlord and Tenant Rights & Responsibilities including:
- Upkeep
- Resolving Grievances
Attendance to the entire session is required to pre-register for a Legal Clinic scheduled for July 13. During that clinic, business owners will receive one-on-one Legal Advice (space is limited).*
Webinar attendees will also be eligible for a Legal Consultation based on need and geographic location.*
