Rachel Eisenberg currently serves as LEDC’s Human Resources Manager. Her duties and expertise include onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and managing the employee life cycle. During her time at LEDC, Rachel has successfully onboarded more than double in employee headcount since 2021. With over 12 years of experience in her field, she believes the mission of a Human Resources professional requires to you give help to employees in need.
Rachel grew up in Columbia, MD and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hartford in West, Hartford, CT. While attending UHart, Rachel was the undergrad Research Assistant for Dr. Jessica Nicklin focusing on Industrial Organizational psychology which started her path into Human Resources. In her down time, Rachel enjoys bird watching and traveling to historical landmarks.
