Leonidas Hernandez has extensive experience supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners in El Salvador, Chile, and the United States. He focuses on guiding recent immigrants, particularly within Latino communities, to successfully launch and grow their businesses. His expertise includes entrepreneurial skill development, accounting, business registration, and financial management. At LEDC, Leonidas leads a team of business coaches, overseeing the delivery of technical assistance and training programs tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs and business owners.
He also develops strategic partnerships and ensures program compliance, driving impactful outcomes for the community. He manages data and conducts applied research to inform and improve economic development initiatives. In addition to his work in business development, he has taught accounting, finance, cost analysis, and economics, bringing a strong academic foundation to his coaching approach.
