LEDC staff has expertise in three main areas working with Latinos and other minority/underserved communities: small business development and microlending in the Washington region; affordable housing preservation and tenants’ rights in the District of Columbia; and housing counseling for first-time homebuyers and homeowners facing foreclosure in the Washington region.
LEDC has offices in Washington, DC and Wheaton, Maryland, and works across the DC area, including Northern Virginia.
