This program integrates interactive financial education with personalized one-on-one coaching to inspire lasting behavioral change and financial growth. Throughout the program, participants engage in workshops focused on financial awareness, budgeting, saving, credit building, and debt management strategies.
Over a six-month period, participants work toward key milestones, including:
- Consistently managing and following a budget
- Building or increasing personal savings
- Improving credit scores
- Reducing personal debt
- Strengthening confidence in independent money management
Through culturally responsive instruction and individualized coaching, the Wealth & Wellness Program fosters financial empowerment, confidence, and economic resilience among women seeking to transform their financial future.
Phase 2: Food Venture Incubator or Accelerator (8–12 weeks depending on track)
After completing Wealth & Wellness, participants advance into one of two specialized programs based on their business stage:
Food Venture Incubator (FVI Incubator)
An 8-week hybrid program for early-stage or idea-phase food entrepreneurs. Participants receive hands-on training, one-on-one coaching, permitting and licensing guidance, lease negotiation support, and access to commissary kitchen space to test and commercialize products.
Designed for those in the early stages of development, the FVI Incubator program provides the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to turn ideas into real, market-ready businesses.
Participants learn how to define their brand, navigate permits and licensing, price and cost products effectively, and build marketing and financial strategies that support long-term growth. The program combines interactive workshops, virtual sessions, and one-on-one coaching to ensure each entrepreneur leaves with a solid business plan and a clear launch strategy
Food Venture Accelerator (FVI Accelerator)
A 12-week intensive hybrid program for growth-stage food business owners generating between $60,000 and $250,000 annually. This track offers advanced strategy coaching, capital readiness training, mentorship, and pitch event opportunities to support scaling and operational expansion.
Participants gain hands-on experience in market analysis, product strategy, branding, financial forecasting, and sales planning, while also refining systems for efficiency and expansion.
Practical workshops cover bookkeeping, licensing, sustainability, insurance, and financing options, equipping entrepreneurs with actionable solutions to grow confidently. By the end of the program, participants are positioned to scale successfully, improve profitability, and build stronger, more resilient food enterprises
