LEDC’s mission is to improve the wealth-building capacity of low to moderate-income Latinos and other underserved communities in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Vision

LEDC envisions all Washington-area residents having the awareness and equitable access to resources in order to build financial assets and participate in political decisions that foster vibrant, livable communities.

As a participant in this transformation, LEDC envisions itself as a trusted leader in its field, raising standards, driving innovation, and creating partnerships throughout the region. From our educational initiatives and direct financial services to our advocacy efforts, LEDC will help its clients reach their goals and create an environment where those clients themselves become leaders in their communities.
